Egg Sour recipe

Ingredients

• 1 oz brandy
  1 oz Dry Orange Curacao liqueur
  1 oz lemon juice
  1/2 oz sugar syrup
  1/2 egg
  
  
  

Instructions
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral, and serve.
