Cafe de Paris recipe

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
  1/2 oz anisette
  1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  1 egg white
  1 oz cream
  
  
  

Instructions
Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
